Number of artists for opening or closing show: 3 to 5
Playing times: as opening or closing act: 10 min. Can be combined with singing. The singer can also sing from a crane (crane to be provided by the organizer - technical sheet on request)
They have their own sound technicians for singing and dancing to band music. The client provides lighting and other sound equipment. Technical data sheets can be requested.
As parade: maximal 1h30
Number of  artists Parade: minimum 6 fan dancers and 3 musicians (on stilts). The act can be expanded to a maximum of 12 fan dancers and 5 drum workers. The drum workers use acoustic drums, creating a combination of rhythms.
The parade is musically accompanied with electronic or acoustic percussion.
As walkact: 2 x 45' or 3 x 30'

Minimum height: 5.50 meters
Start and end point must be the same close to the dressingroom
Set-up time:  1.5 hours before the start of the performance

Request from the organization: ·  At least 1 volunteer is required to help assemble the costumes and  someone to accompany them during the act for safety.
Payment: We require 50% of the total sum no later than 3 weeks before the first performance

• 1 reserved parking for 1 van with a trailer with direct access to the location / changing room and the ability to easily unload and load. Number of vehicles depending on number of performers

• Dressingroom
  •  1 clean, well-lit private dressing room with access to warm running water and toilet.lockable, the key given to the artist/ crew member (if not, then the organizer is responsible for the safety).
  •  Space for the number of artists .
  • Equipment: solid tables, 1 chair per artist  (to be able to put on the stilts), 1 mirror. If the height does not allow you to put on the stilts inside, there must be a sturdy table and 1 chair per artist outside, out of sight of the audience next to the performance location.
  • refreshments and healthy snacks and fruit.

• Catering The catering (drinks & meals) for the artists and crew members is at the expense of the organizer
  •  Warm healthy meals(dinner) to be provided for day events/
• Accommodation (if necessary)
  •  If it is too late or the distance is too far the organisation takes care of rooms for the number of artists
  • Hotel / B&B with parking, within 10min drive of the venue unless otherwise agreed.
